Connections/Delegates
If a medical responder finds your card, wristband, or other tag, your Connections (chosen contacts) will be notified immediately that you are under the care of medical providers.
As a Delegate, you have all the ability of a Connection, plus the ability to assist inputting data in that person’s profile.
Typically this Delegate manages a child’s, spouse’s or parent’s data.
ALLERGIES

Medications
UberID allows input of your medications and dosages into the system. This provides for quick print outs of and referrals to this list when need be.
